Rhode Island businesses that are at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by a minority or woman, including construction and trade contractors, that seek state procurement opportunities through MBE/WBE certification.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51% owned by a minority or woman
- Must be a Rhode Island business
- Must apply for and obtain MBE or WBE certification through ODEO
