About this program
The AAPI Forward Fund Small Business Grant, administered by The Asian American Foundation (TAAF) in partnership with corporate sponsors, supports AAPI-owned small businesses recovering from anti-Asian hate-related impacts and structural funding gaps. The program provides cash grants and connections to broader AAPI business networks. Past cycles have awarded grants in the $5,000-$25,000 range.
Eligibility
U.S.-based small businesses owned by individuals of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander descent. Owner must hold at least 51% of the business.
Requirements
- Apply via TAAF or partner grant platform during an open cycle
- Document AAPI ownership (at least 51%)
- Provide business profile and intended grant use
