About this program
East Lansing's Neighborhood Enhancement Mini-Grant Program offers modest grants to neighborhoods participating in the Neighborhood Partnerships Initiative for projects such as signs, planters, beautification, special events, cleanups, and other neighborhood improvements.

Assigned East Lansing neighborhoods participating in the Neighborhood Partnerships Initiative and proposing eligible neighborhood enhancement projects.
Requirements
