About this program

The Saint Paul Neighborhood Sales Tax Revitalization Program provides competitive funding for capital projects in Saint Paul neighborhoods. Eligible nonprofit, public, private, and for-profit applicants can request grants or loans for permanently affixed physical improvements with an expected useful life of at least seven years, supporting commercial revitalization, tax-generating activities, and neighborhood investment.

Requirements

  • Project must be located in Saint Paul.
  • Project must be a capital improvement project involving permanently affixed physical enhancements with an expected life of seven or more years.
  • Applicant must submit a complete annual Neighborhood STAR application through ZoomGrants when the cycle is open.
