Boots to Business is SBA's free entrepreneurship training for active duty service members transitioning out of the military and their spouses, delivered at Texas installations including Fort Cavazos, Joint Base San Antonio, and Fort Bliss through the TAP program.

Eligibility
Active duty service members transitioning out of the military and their spouses. Available at Fort Cavazos, Joint Base San Antonio (Fort Sam Houston, Lackland AFB, Randolph AFB), Fort Bliss, and other Texas installations through TAP offices.
Requirements
- Active duty service member (transitioning) or military spouse
- Enroll through installation Transition Assistance Program (TAP) office
- Available in-person at Texas installations or online
