Approved public capital projects sponsored or implemented by Athens-Clarke County or eligible public partners.
Requirements
- Project must be included in a voter-approved SPLOST program or future project list
- Meet local capital project planning, budgeting, procurement, and public approval requirements
- Comply with local reporting and expenditure controls
