About this program
The Local Small Business Expanded Repair/Restore Grant Program provides emergency funding to Portland small businesses and nonprofits occupying ground-floor storefronts that have sustained physical and economic damage due to break-ins and vandalism. Funds can reimburse repair and related eligible expenses.
Eligibility
Small businesses and nonprofit organizations occupying ground-floor storefronts in the City of Portland and meeting current program rules.
Requirements
- Be located within Portland city limits and occupy an eligible ground-floor storefront
- Document qualifying physical or economic damage from break-ins or vandalism
- Submit application, invoices, vendor documentation, business registration, and reimbursement materials
