Eligibility
Eligible applicants are North Carolina startups and existing small businesses, including women-owned businesses, that need flexible capital and meet Carolina Small Business Development Fund underwriting and use-of-funds requirements.
Requirements

- Submit a business loan inquiry or application to Carolina Small Business Development Fund
- Provide business financials, tax returns, ownership information, use-of-funds details, and other documentation as requested
