About this program
NYC M/WBE certification helps minority- and women-owned firms access City contracting opportunities, including professional, technical, consulting, accounting, legal, insurance, and real estate-related service opportunities.
Eligibility
Businesses at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by eligible minority or women owners and meeting NYC certification requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants submit ownership, control, business, tax, and supporting documents through NYC SBS.
