About this program
The Beginning Farmer Tax Credit encourages owners of agricultural assets to rent land, facilities, machinery, equipment, or breeding livestock to qualified beginning farmers and ranchers.
Eligibility
Agricultural asset owners leasing to qualified Nebraska beginning farmers or ranchers may qualify.
Requirements
