Massachusetts-based certified Community Development Corporations (CDCs), Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and other nonprofits with established community-focused small business technical assistance programs.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts-based nonprofit, CDC, or CDFI
- Must have an established community-focused small business technical assistance program
- Must serve businesses with fewer than 20 employees and revenues under $2.5 million
