Manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, and certain service businesses in New York financing eligible real estate or fixed machinery and equipment projects.
Requirements
- Secure a bank commitment for the bank-financed portion of the project.
- Contribute required borrower equity.
- Apply before project commencement and obtain JDA and Public Authorities Control Board approvals.
