Eligibility
Eligible businesses, including manufacturers, must apply to GOED before making commitments, meet statutory wage and job requirements, make qualifying capital investments, and receive approval from GOED and the Nevada Board of Economic Development.
Requirements
- Operate or plan a qualifying Nevada business project before committing to the site or investment.
- Meet applicable job creation, wage, health benefit, and capital investment requirements.
- Submit the GOED incentive application and required project documentation before final commitments.
