BND guarantees up to 85% of loans made to beginning entrepreneurs opening or purchasing a restaurant, reducing lender risk and improving access to capital for new food service businesses.

Eligibility
Beginning entrepreneurs in North Dakota starting or purchasing a restaurant or food service business. Applicant must lack adequate conventional financing and must have management experience.
Requirements

- Must be located in North Dakota
- Loan originated through a local commercial lender
