About this program
Salt Lake City uses HOME Investment Partnerships funds to support affordable housing activities for income-qualified residents. Eligible uses include affordable rental housing, homebuyer assistance, acquisition, rehabilitation, and development through qualified housing partners.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, and eligible project sponsors with qualifying Salt Lake City housing projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the city federal grants or housing funding process
- Provide site control, project budget, financing stack, affordability commitments, and development capacity documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental review, reporting, and long-term compliance requirements
