Grants of $2,500–$150,000 for small independent grocery retailers, neighborhood markets, corner stores, food trucks, farm stands, and other food-supply-chain businesses to expand food access in Delaware.

Eligibility
Eligible retailers include independently owned grocery stores, cooperative groceries, neighborhood markets, corner stores, restaurants, farmers markets, on-farm stores, food trucks, and farm stands. Applicants of $50,000 or more must be registered in SAM.gov with a UEI.
Requirements
- Operate a food retail or food supply chain business in Delaware
- Demonstrate expansion of food access in Delaware, especially in food deserts
- Projects $50,000+ require SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity ID
