Competitive matching grant for Nebraska businesses conducting R&D in partnership with a Nebraska college or university. Phase I: up to $100,000 with 50% cash match (20% for value-added ag). Phase II requires prior Phase I.

Any for-profit business with physical operations in Nebraska partnering with a Nebraska college or university on qualifying R&D activities aimed at commercializing new or substantially improved products or processes.
