Eligibility
Oregon-based nonprofits and organizations that use arts programming to address a specific community issue. Open to organizations across all 36 Oregon counties.
Requirements
- Must be an Oregon-based organization
- Project must use the arts to address a community issue or need
- Must submit project description and budget
