Eligibility
Eligible applicants are for-profit businesses operating in Toledo that are registered with Ohio and the City of Toledo, comply with CDBG requirements, and have eligible growth or expansion projects.
Requirements
- Operate a for-profit business within Toledo city limits.
- Be registered with the State of Ohio and the City of Toledo.
- Use funds for an eligible business growth, expansion, or job creation project.
