Eligibility
Eligible new or expanding Arkansas businesses, including manufacturing firms, may qualify if they meet county investment thresholds, obtain local endorsement, and sign a related job creation agreement.
Requirements
- Meet the applicable county investment threshold
- Submit a completed Tax Back application with local endorsement resolution
- Sign a job creation agreement such as Advantage Arkansas within the required timeframe
