About this program
The FY26 Washington, DC Global Soft Landing initiative supports international entrepreneurs, startups, and companies seeking to establish operations in the District. DMPED intends to award funds to a program operator that will manage and coordinate services connecting international companies to economic developers, local government, universities, chambers of commerce, and business service providers for U.S. market entry in Washington, DC.
Eligibility
Qualified organizations capable of operating a comprehensive global soft landing program for international companies entering the Washington, DC market.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a qualified organization able to operate the Global Soft Landing initiative.
- Program must support international entrepreneurs, startups, and companies seeking to establish DC operations.
- Applicant must coordinate services with economic developers, government, universities, chambers, and business service providers.
