About this program
The City of Superior receives annual Community Development Block Grant entitlement funds from HUD to support activities that benefit low- and moderate-income households, improve blighted areas, and provide incentives for economic development. Local CDBG funds support programs such as neighborhood revitalization, code enforcement, social service activities, sidewalks, and other eligible community development uses guided by the City's consolidated planning process.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, public agencies, community partners, and qualified project sponsors serving Superior residents or neighborhoods may apply when the City opens its CDBG funding process.
Requirements
- Project must serve Superior residents or neighborhoods.
- Activity must meet a HUD CDBG national objective.
- Applicant must be an eligible organization or implementing partner under CDBG rules.
