Washington Small Business Flex Fund 2
A loan program supported by the Washington State Department of Commerce that connects small businesses and nonprofits with affordable, flexible loans through a network of approved community lenders. Loans can be used for payroll, rent, utilities, supplies, marketing, building improvements, and other business expenses. Note: New applications are temporarily paused during 2026 redesign, but technical assistance remains available.

Eligibility
Washington-based small businesses and nonprofits with under $3 million in annual revenue. Priority for businesses in underserved communities and historically marginalized groups.
