Interest rate reduction of 2% on business loans for WDVA-certified veteran- and servicemember-owned businesses, including those actively serving. State Treasurer deposits up to $15 million with participating lenders who pass the full discount to borrowers.

Eligibility
Business certified by WDVA as a Veteran or Servicemember Owned Business. Active-duty servicemembers, National Guard members, and Reservists with eligible military status qualify.
Requirements
- Active WDVA Veteran or Servicemember Owned Business certification
- Loan originated through a participating financial institution
- Active military service or qualifying discharge
