About this program
The Military Entrepreneur Challenge from the Second Service Foundation is a live pitch competition where veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs compete for grant awards. Multiple regional and national competitions take place throughout the year, with cash prizes awarded to top business pitches. The competition provides exposure, mentorship, and connections to investors in addition to the prize money.
Eligibility
Veteran, active-duty service member, military spouse, or Gold Star family member with at least 51% ownership of a for-profit business. Applicants must register and pitch their business live during a competition.
Requirements
- 51% military-connected ownership
- DD-214 or military documentation
- Live pitch presentation
