Eligibility
Woman-owned small businesses and women entrepreneurs in the Greater Philadelphia region that have been in business for at least two years are generally eligible, subject to loan underwriting.
Requirements
- Operate a woman-owned small business in the Greater Philadelphia region
- Have been in business for at least two years
