About this program
The Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency can use tax increment financing and redevelopment tools to support projects that advance adopted redevelopment plans. Assistance may help finance eligible public improvements, infrastructure, site preparation, streetscape, and other costs that encourage private investment and district revitalization.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, and public partners with eligible projects in Las Vegas redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible redevelopment area and align with redevelopment goals
- Submit project description, budget, eligible cost documentation, financing plan, and public benefit information
- Receive RDA or city approvals and execute agreements before reimbursement or incentive delivery
