About this program
Mansfield may access Connecticut Small Cities Community Development Block Grant funds for eligible housing rehabilitation, public facilities, public services, infrastructure, and community development activities that benefit low- and moderate-income residents in Mansfield and Storrs.
Eligibility
Municipal departments, nonprofit partners, housing providers, and projects serving income-qualified Mansfield and Storrs residents under HUD CDBG rules.
Requirements
- Apply through the Town or Connecticut Small Cities process when funding is available
- Meet a HUD national objective and eligible activity rules
- Submit project budget, beneficiary data, environmental review materials, and reporting documentation
