PNM Business Energy Efficiency Rebates
Utility rebates and incentives for commercial energy efficiency upgrades in PNM service territory.
About this program
PNM offers business energy efficiency programs that provide rebates and technical support for eligible commercial customers. Santa Fe businesses and nonprofits can receive incentives for lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, controls, motors, custom measures, and other upgrades that reduce energy use.
Eligibility
PNM commercial, industrial, institutional, and nonprofit customers completing eligible energy efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Customer and project must meet current PNM program eligibility requirements
- Submit application, equipment specifications, invoices, and energy savings documentation
- Obtain preapproval when required for custom or larger projects
