Nebraska’s Middle Income Workforce Housing Investment Fund supports nonprofit development organizations that administer local workforce housing investment funds. Eligible projects include workforce housing development and related activities in Lancaster and Sarpy counties and other qualifying areas.

Nonprofit development organizations administering or intending to administer a workforce housing investment fund for eligible activities in Sarpy County or other qualified areas.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible nonprofit development organization
- Project must occur in eligible geography and meet middle income workforce housing rules
- Submit application, housing plan, budget, match, and project readiness documentation
