Eligibility
Eligible applicants include sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, nonprofit community development entities, universities, and government entities. Projects must be in underserved, low- or moderate-income communities.
Requirements
- Project must improve availability and quality of fresh produce and healthy foods
- Recipient must accept SNAP benefits
- At least 30% of retail space must be allocated to fresh, perishable foods
