About this program
The Retail Revitalization Revolving Loan Fund is a financing tool focused along and near the Tulsa Transit Bus Rapid Transit line and other areas identified in the City of Tulsa's Retail Market Study and Strategy. Existing companies and startup businesses planning to occupy, build, or purchase commercial space may apply. Loans are offered through a partnership among the City of Tulsa, PartnerTulsa, and TEDC Creative Capital, with final approval by PartnerTulsa and a maximum loan amount of $200,000 at 0 percent interest.

Existing companies and startup businesses planning to occupy, build, or purchase commercial space in eligible Tulsa retail revitalization areas may apply.
Requirements
- Project must be located along or near the Tulsa Transit BRT line or another specified area identified by the City of Tulsa's retail strategy.
- Applicant must be an existing company or startup business planning to occupy, build, or purchase commercial space.
- Loan request may not exceed $200,000.
