Restaurant and food service businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
Requirements
- At least 51% owned and controlled by eligible minority or women individuals
- Personal net worth of owners must be below the program cap
- Business must be an active Maryland entity
