Tennessee's GoDBE Disabled Business Enterprise (DSBE) certification qualifies disability-owned businesses for state contracting preferences and set-asides across Tennessee state agencies, effective since July 1, 2017.

Eligibility
Tennessee-based for-profit businesses at least 51% owned and controlled by an individual with a disability. Owner must be a U.S. citizen and Tennessee resident. Business must be independently owned and operated.
