Eligibility
Qualified nonprofit and public service providers offering ESG-eligible homelessness services to Fresno residents.
Requirements
- Apply through city or continuum funding process when ESG funds are available
- Document eligible ESG activity, target population, budget, match, HMIS, and outcomes
- Comply with federal procurement, reporting, and grant requirements
