Individuals and organizations located in or adjacent to active or graduated TDI Districts in Massachusetts Gateway Cities. Applicable to restaurant operators occupying or rehabilitating commercial spaces.
Requirements
- Project must be located in or adjacent to a TDI District in a Gateway City
- Must demonstrate public-facing or community benefit
- Applications submitted through Community One Stop for Growth portal
