Kentucky Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) — Training Provider Funding
WIOA provides funding to approved Kentucky training providers delivering adult education, dislocated worker, and youth workforce development services. Training providers can be approved to offer individual training accounts to eligible workers.

Kentucky-based training providers including community colleges, universities, private for-profit organizations, and nonprofit organizations eligible to become approved WIOA training providers.
Requirements
- Must apply for and receive WIOA training provider approval
- Must meet performance standards for program completion and job placement
- Must be located in Kentucky
