Eligibility
Healthcare and wellness businesses located in or relocating to Wisconsin. Note: primary care medical facilities may require extraordinary circumstances to qualify. Specialty healthcare, behavioral health, and wellness businesses qualify more broadly.
Requirements
- Must be a business located in or relocating to Wisconsin
- Minimum capital investment of $250,000
- Net employment in Wisconsin must increase or remain the same
