Eligibility
Oklahoma-based health and life sciences businesses that have incurred qualified research expenditures in Oklahoma, have filed all required state tax returns, and submit an application to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.
Requirements
- Submit application to Oklahoma Department of Commerce
- Provide documentation that research expenses occurred in Oklahoma
- Expenses must be claimed on federal Form 6765
