Missouri commercial, industrial, and agricultural property owners seeking to finance qualifying clean energy and energy efficiency improvements. Available statewide through the Missouri Clean Energy District.
Requirements
- Property located in a participating Missouri jurisdiction
- Project must involve qualifying clean energy or energy efficiency improvements
- Property must be free of outstanding liens and in good standing
