About this program
The Kentucky Direct Loan Program provides loans to supplement private financing for eligible companies undertaking economic development projects that create jobs and invest in Kentucky communities.
Eligibility
Eligible companies with qualifying fixed asset and job-creating projects in Kentucky, including Covington.
Requirements
- Apply through the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development
- Provide project budget, financing, collateral, jobs, investment, and repayment documentation
- Meet KEDFA approval, loan closing, and reporting requirements
