Eligibility
Transportation and logistics businesses that are for-profit entities creating jobs in New Mexico, through a qualifying local government. Business must be a qualified entity under LEDA that will stimulate economic development.
Requirements
- Must work through a qualifying New Mexico local government with a LEDA ordinance
- Must be a job-creating, for-profit transportation or logistics business
- Submit demonstration of financial soundness, 3 years of financial statements
