Eligible public agencies, nonprofits, or business-assistance partners with projects meeting CDBG economic development and national objective requirements.
Requirements
- Project must satisfy CDBG economic development eligibility and benefit low- and moderate-income residents or areas
- Submit project narrative, budget, job or beneficiary documentation, and compliance materials
- Comply with HUD economic development underwriting, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements
