Home Performance with ENERGY STAR creates a participating contractor pathway for home performance, HVAC, insulation, and weatherization contractors serving New Jersey homeowners through energy efficiency upgrades. Eligibility
Contractors that meet NJCEP credentials, training, insurance, certification, quality assurance, and participation requirements.
