Eligibility
Local arts councils and nonprofit arts organizations in all 100 North Carolina counties partnering with the NC Arts Council.
Requirements
- Must be a local arts council or qualifying nonprofit arts organization in North Carolina
- Projects must demonstrate high artistic merit
- Funding must be used for eligible program expenses: artist fees, travel, space rental, marketing, advertising, costumes, sets, props, music, equipment rental
