Eligible nonprofits, public agencies, and project sponsors serving low- and moderate-income Providence residents or CDBG-eligible neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Apply through the city annual HUD funding process
- Document eligible activity, national objective, budget, and organizational capacity
- Meet federal procurement, environmental review, labor, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements
