Eligibility
Kansas businesses that pay above-average wages and are in eligible NAICS codes including multi-state wholesale distribution and interstate transportation. Must be subject to Kansas income, sales, or property taxes.
Requirements
- Must be a Kansas transportation, logistics, or distribution company
- Must pay above-average wages for county or industry
- Capital investment of at least $50,000 (or $1M in metro counties)
