About this program
Business Lending Partners, the finance division of RCEDC, partners with financial institutions throughout Wisconsin to offer SBA 504 loans for owner-occupied real estate, buildings, major equipment, and business expansion projects.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses in Racine and Wisconsin purchasing, constructing, or improving owner-occupied real estate or major equipment and meeting SBA 504 requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Business Lending Partners and a participating lender
- Provide project costs, borrower equity, business financials, property or equipment documentation, and SBA forms
- Meet SBA size, occupancy, public policy or job creation, underwriting, and closing requirements
