Eligibility
Eligible participants are Philadelphia residents age 55 or older with low income who are unemployed and need support re-entering the workforce.
Requirements
- Be age 55 or older.
- Live in Philadelphia and meet SCSEP income and employment eligibility requirements.
- Apply through the City of Philadelphia SCSEP program.
