About this program
ECDI provides responsible small business lending, coaching, and training through its Cleveland office and statewide network. Loan products can support startup costs, working capital, equipment, inventory, and growth needs for small businesses.
Eligibility
Small businesses and entrepreneurs in Cleveland and Ohio that meet ECDI underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business plan or business information, financials, owner information, and use-of-funds plan
- Meet underwriting, repayment, collateral, and eligibility requirements
- Participate in coaching, training, or technical assistance when required
